Meet Kerstin Andlaw, founder, Consultant, Coach, Facilitor

Kerstin brings over 20 years of experience in systems transformation, leadership development and cultural strategy.
Her work is grounded in awareness-based practices and shaped by a deep belief in human dignity, ecological interdependence and systemic clarity. She supports clients to uncover what is present, create new pathways forward and strengthen what is already working well.
