Meet Kerstin Andlaw, founder, Consultant, Coach, Facilitor

Kerstin brings over 20 years of experience in systems transformation, leadership development and cultural strategy.

Her work is grounded in awareness-based practices and shaped by a deep belief in human dignity, ecological interdependence and systemic clarity. She supports clients to uncover what is present, create new pathways forward and strengthen what is already working well.

Our approach is participatory and regenerative. We don’t impose solutions; use Team 360 analytics and help teams sense, co-create, and embed new ways of working that improve team function and effectiveness. Culture is lived, not stated. It takes shape through how people behave, how decisions are made, and what is normalised in everyday work.

We begin by creating space to observe the current cultural landscape. We surface the beliefs and patterns that influence how people work together. From here, we support the organisation to realign around what matters most to them.
